A passionate leader and persuasive communicator with consistent record of achievement in business, government and political forums, Tom Julia is widely regarded as an expert at strategic management, message development, coalition and consensus-building, and influencing public opinion. Founder and president of DCI providing communications services to nearly 100 political campaigns, Julia served for almost 15 years as CEO of a major North American trade association representing 95% of composite wood panel producers and affiliated suppliers, customers, and industry media. Active in his community since his youth, Tom served as Chairman of the Loudoun County Government Reform Commission, President of Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce and member of the American Society of Association Executives. He received a JD from George Washington University Law School and a BA from Johns Hopkins University.
